All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. All orders are shipped descretely in plain white boxes with no indication of the packages contents.
What is your refund policy and return instructions?
Our refund policy is simple. If your not 100% satisfied with SizePro, simply return the remaining boxes within 60 days of receiving SizePro for a complete refund. Please note, you must return the boxes to be eligible for a refund.

Do you accept cheques or money orders?
Yes we accept Cash, and postal orders. We do not accept cheques. All Postal Order should be made payable to Butler White Limited and should
NOT be crossed.
Why was my credit card declined?
Credit cards are declined due to a few possible reasons. First you need to verify the billing address you entered into the order form is the same exact address that you receive your credit card statement. Take a look at a recent credit card statement and verify that your mailing/billing address matches the one on the statement that your credit card company sends you.
If this does not work I recommend calling your credit card company and asking them why the transaction was declined. Sometimes credit card companies block Internet transactions and require you to call them to authorise the transaction.
I don't have a credit card can I still order SizePro?
Yes you can order SizePro without a Debit/credit card using our simple mail order option. When purchasing you will be given the choice. Select Postal Order then mail us you're payment, Our address will be provided in the confirmation email.
How will the charges appear on my credit card?
